About Early Bird Brews

Allow me to introduce myself and tell you how Early Bird Brews all started. My name is Gianna Donato, and I am 19 years old. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and attended Bishop Gorman High School (Go Gaels). After working in a local coffee shop during high school, I dreamed of owning my own coffee business one day. Although it seemed like a distant dream, I started developing my business plan for my own coffee shop and used it as my project in my high school business class.

During my freshman year at the University of Nevada, Reno, I was visiting family in Missouri and came across a small coffee truck being operated by a young female entrepreneur, which further inspired me to chase my dream. That night, I came up with the concept of Early Bird Brews. In the weeks thereafter, I purchased a coffee trailer, started creating my products, and the rest is history.

As I was working on my logo, I was inspired by the two birds that seemed to show up regularly together in our backyard after the passing of my two childhood dogs, Ace and Lola. As a way to remember and honor them, I decided to incorporate the two birds into the logo.
